Doug Wells

Doug Wells is one of the founders of Wells Mediation. Doug brings to the mediation over 20 years of experience in the business arena. He has over 20 years combined experience in Law Enforcement , social services, and Child Protective Services. This vast array allows him the ability to understand a multitude of situations in which conflict will occur. Throughout these years he has facilitated or assisted in many conflict negotiations, mediations, and alternative dispute resolutions.
