Company Profile

Wells Mediation was founded in 2007 by Doug & Miette Wells. Wells Mediation provides Alternative Dispute Resolution to the community in an effort to reduce the time and cost to the parties involved. When a dispute arises and cannot be resolved by the parties alone they typically turn to the court system to resolve there dispute.  Wells Mediation provides an avenue to resolve disputes without the cost, time and emotional hardship of going to court.

Mediation comes in several forms, the most common are family mediation and business mediation.

Family mediation includes such areas as divorce, child custody, property division, family conflicts..... These are the most common types of disputes handled by Wells Mediation.

The mediation process is effective because it is both voluntary and informal. Mediation is a confidential process by which the parties in the dispute are empowered to resolve the conflict themselves.  This process is more effective and has a longer lasting effect than one by which the parties are told what they must do and have no say in the matter.
